Conducted behavioral observation of various units of the pediatrics department and a tuberculosis infection control study site.
CHALLENGE
To improve the overall patient care quality, workflow process and staff communication within the Pediatrics Department by considering areas such spatial design, workflow process, infection control, and staff communication.
